We offer nylon spiral brush in various sizes and different back widths and leg lengths. Adapted to the particular application, various filaments are available.
The nylon spiral brush can be twisted into cylindrical rotary spiral brushes where the bristle material can be either twisted outside or inside of the particular roller. Cylindrical rotary spiral brushes have an advantage compared to the cylindrical rotary punch filled brushes - they can be filled more densely.
The filaments are directed inwards toward the center of the brush, which makes it ideal for wiping tubing, sealing dust, light or spray, and even centering products for packaging, arrow rests or other manufacturing processes that require the flexibility and versatility of this type of brush.
By varying the pitch between each coil, a wide rage of brush densities is possible.
From very dense close-wound coil brushes, to progressively less dense more open wound coil brushes, depending on pitch. This type brush can be supplied as a complete assembly pre-mounted on a core with journals, wound directly on to a shaft, wound on a customer’s core or shaft, or as replacement coils for in-house installation.
